Rider Protection Plus - Greater Protection for Motorcycle Riders

On October 8 2009 Swann officially launched its new Rider Protection Plus (‘RPP’) insurance policy at an event held in Sydney for Swann’s major NSW motorcycle dealers.

RPP provides motorcyclists with financial assistance when seriously injured as a result of a motorcycle accident or if involved in a fatal motorcycle accident. Importantly RPP covers the individual policyholder not the motorcycle, so the policyholder is covered no matter what motorcycle is ridden or where the accident occurs. With a retail price of only $265 for 12 months cover, RPP provides motorcyclists with true value for money protection. In addition Swann will donate $10 from every RPP policy sold to the respective state air ambulance services, to help bolster resources attending to injured motorcyclists.
