WA Storms update

Commencing today our assessing firm have set up a call centre whereby every one of our customers will be contacted over the next week and a booking made for an assessment.  The assessment centre is located in Osborne Park.  The first of the assessing days is 19th April, these will run Monday to Saturday until all assessments have been completed.
 
Whilst Osborne Park may not suit ALL of our customers it will still be by far the quickest way for our customers to attend a one stop shop for a quote and then repair arrangements to be made.
 
We have been advised that any customers attempting to obtain quotes at repairers are either waiting a full day lined up outside the repairer and/or being turned away due to volume.   It is envisaged that the assessing centre in Osborne Park will be a more streamlined process for our customers.
