How to enter:
To receive one (1) automatic entry into the prize draw (“Draw”) in the Swann
Insurance - Win an iPad 2 promotion (the “Promotion”), participants must:
•    Receive the Win an iPad 2 email from Swann Insurance
•    Click on the link within the email to be taken to the questionnaire web page.
•    Complete the questionnaire by filling in your details and the click on the submit button (a thank you page will then appear)(“Eligible Entries”)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Terms of Entry

1.    Information on how to enter and the prize forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this Promotion is deemed to constitute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2.    The promoter is Swann Insurance (Aust) Pty Ltd ABN 80 000 886 680 of Level 14, 181 William Street, Melbourne, VIC 3000 (Swann).
3.    Permit numbers: NSW -LTPS/11/11646 and ACT -ACT TP 11/05190.1

Promotion Dates

4.    The competition will commence 5th January 2012, AEST.
5.    The competition will conclude at 11.59pm AEST on 5th February, 2012.

Eligibility and Validity of Entries

6.    No more than one entry for each person is permitted.
7.    Employees of Swann and their immediate families, and agencies associated with this Promotion, are ineligible to enter.
8.    Swann reserves the right, at any time (prior, during or after the Draw) to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant in the event of breach of these Terms and Conditions.
9.    Failure by Swann to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.


The draw

10.    Swann will conduct the Draw. The Draw will be conducted by random manual draw from all Eligible Entries at Level 14, 181 William Street, Melbourne, 3000 at 11am on 6th February, 2012(AEST).
11.    The entrants will not need to be in attendance at the Draw to win the prize.

Prize

12.    The first valid entry drawn in the draw will win one (1) 16GB iPad 2, hereafter referred to as the “Prize”.
13.    The total Prize value for the Draw is no more than $579 (five hundred and seventy nine AUD).
14.    The Prize, or any unused portion of the Prize, is not transferable or exchangeable, and cannot be taken as cash.

Notification and Unclaimed Prize

15.    The winner will be notified by telephone and by email and the winner’s name will be published in ‘The Australian’ newspaper on 14th February, 2012.
16.    The winner must reply to the notification and claim their Prize by. Upon doing so, Swann will instantly issue the Prize to the winner.
17.    In the event that the Prize remains unclaimed by close of business on 12th April, 2012, an unclaimed Prize draw will take place at Swann’s principal place of business, Level 14, 181 William Street, Melbourne, Victoria, on 3rd May, 2012 at 11am.
18.    In the event that there is a winner of the unclaimed Prize draw, he or she will be notified by telephone and email following the unclaimed Prize draw, and shall have their name published in ‘The Australian’ newspaper on 15th May, 2012. Any winner of the unclaimed Prize draw must reply to the notification within one fortnight of the notification in order to be issued with the Prize.

Information

19.    Entrants’ personal information will be collected, used and disclosed to enable Swann to administer this trade promotion and Swann may, for this purpose, disclose such information to Prize suppliers and, if required by law, to Australian regulatory authorities, or as required by law.
20.    Swann may, or any other organisation Swann authorise may, make contact or provide offers to all ‘Eligible Entrants’. You may be contacted in writing, by phone or other electronic means. Please contact Swann Insurance on 03 9916 3724 to be removed from the contact list.
21.    Additionally, the Prize winner gives their consent (which may be revoked) to Swann to use their name, image, likeness and /or voice and the fact that they have won a Prize (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and / or supplied by Swann.

General

22.    If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Swann, Swann reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.
23.    These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia and the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts exercising jurisdiction there.
