Our modified motorcycle insurance does have some terms. If your motorcycle is insured for Market Value and the motorcycle has accessories, the maximum we will accept for these accessories is 20% of your motorcycles Market value.
For example, if the Market Value of your Motorcycle is $10,000, the maximum value for motorcycle accessories will be $2,000. If your accessories are worth more than 20% of the Market Value you may want to consider an Agreed Value policy.
Under an Agreed Value Comprehensive Motorcycle policy, your Sum Insured should include the value of all modifications and accessories fitted to your motorcycle.
