How we can help

We want to help you with your insurance, especially during difficult times.

Our teams are here to support you. We know it can be difficult to talk about what you’re going through, so we always try to minimise the number of times you need to give us details.

Call us on 1300 307 926. We are here between 8:30am – 6pm AEST Mon-Fri.

Counselling support

If you have a current policy with us, you and your family can access free, confidential counselling through Sonder. To access this support, you can call or you can download the app. You’ll need to provide this code IAG4CUST.

To reach Sonder over the phone, call 1800 234 560 anytime 24/7. Or download their app, from the App store or Google Play.

To use this service, you need to have a current policy with us. Your partner, children, and other dependents can use this service, too.

Sonder is a separate company from Swann Insurance, and all your sessions are confidential. Your details aren’t passed on to us and it doesn’t affect your policies.
